All of my jewelry comes in box ready for a gift or in some cases in a handmade sown cloth packaging.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 week days.
Free shipping is provided in Spain through MRW with tracking number.
Other countries go through DHL, tracking order number provided. Shipping times may vary according to region. If you have a dead line limit date let me know before placing your order.
If your country is not listed among the shipping regions, please mail me.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs delays.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because Claudia Galavís is one of a kind handmade Jewelry I do not accept returns or cancellations. I gladly accept exchanges. If a piece of jewelry is not what you expected, you may exchange it for a different piece. Shop with confidence.
If for some reason your jewelry is damaged or defective when you receive it, please contact me immediately. Please keep all original packing material. Photos of the damage may be necessary to file a claim.
Exchange only within 21 days of delivery in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the jewelry is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please email me to notify of a return.
