Today I would like to write about Reiki Symbol Jewelry, a tool for any one in the form of bracelets or pendants that may help us keep our energy tuned to high levels.
Spiritual jewelry is trendy and has been worn by mankind throughout history. Amulets, talismans, gemstones, crystals and symbols provide subtle energies that increase healing processes and help transmuting negative energies into good ones. Reiki symbols in jewelry are trendy and very powerful.
Natural crystals and gems as well as metals and minerals have their unique beauty. Their colors and properties add value to jewelry making. One of the symbols that is very powerful is Cho Ku Rei, Reiki’s first symbol. Its a strong and powerful protection tool. For the one who wears it and for the one who crafts it.

Are you familiar with Reiki?
Reiki has been around for thousands of years.
Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui, in 1922 developed its first form and taught 2,000 people the Reiki method during his lifetime.
The practice spread to the U.S. through Hawaii in the 1940s, and then to Europe in the 1980s.
Some people also know Reiki as palm healing or hands-on healing. One of its symbols is Cho Ku Rei, “Power Symbol” what means something like “Placing all the power of the Universe here, now”.
Designing Cho Ku Rei
Lately I ventured into designing a Cho Ku Rei pendant symbol in silver that came out really well. I have been in love with Reiki for almost 20 years, when first receiving it after surgery, and later becoming a practitioner after being witness of its enormous benefits. A few months later, a client wrote me, asking whether I could make a Reiki symbol pendant for her with the symbol drawn differently, according to the Komyo Reiki Do School. So I took the challenge and the result is this silver pendant you can see in the pictures below. She ended up so happy that she even asked me to keep the copper model I crafted while designing the piece.
